Privacy Policy
Last updated October 21, 2026
The short version: your projects, screenshots and text stay on your Mac and in your own iCloud. We never see them. When you use AI or publish to the App Store, the app sends what that job needs straight to the service doing it. We collect anonymous usage counts and crash reports to keep the app working, and nothing that identifies you or your apps.
Who we are
Store Listing is made by Elleven Studio ("we", "us"). This policy covers the Store Listing app for Mac and this website, storelisting.dev. You can reach us through ellevenstudio.com/contact.
What stays on your Mac
Everything you make in Store Listing is saved on your Mac: your projects, screenshots, app icons, listing text, translations and design choices. We have no server that stores them and no way to read them.
If you turn on iCloud Backup, the app also copies your projects into your private iCloud storage. That copy is held by Apple under your Apple Account and Apple's privacy policy. We cannot see it.
Keys and accounts you connect
To publish, you connect your app store accounts with a key, and you can also connect GitHub and a Claude token. These are stored in your Mac's Keychain, encrypted. They are only ever sent to the service they belong to, to do what you asked: for example, your App Store Connect key goes only to Apple, to upload your screenshots and text.
When you use AI
AI features need to see the content they work on, such as a screenshot you want a headline for, or your app's description. Depending on your plan and your Mac, that content goes to one of these:
- Apple Intelligence on your Mac. Where your Mac supports it, short writing tasks run on the Mac itself and nothing leaves it.
- Anthropic (Claude), on the Developer plan. Requests go straight from your Mac to Anthropic using your own Claude token, under your agreement with Anthropic. They do not pass through us.
- Google Gemini, on the Premium plan. Requests go to Google's Gemini service through our account. Google processes them to return a result, under its terms for paid API use.
We do not keep copies of what you send or what comes back.
Anonymous usage and crash reports
The app uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, run by Google, to tell us how the app is used and when it crashes. This includes things like which features are opened, how many languages or devices a project has, your Mac model and macOS version, and the technical details of a crash. It does not include your name, your apps' names or bundle IDs, your screenshots, or your listing text.
The app also downloads settings from Firebase Remote Config, such as which features are switched on. This does not send your content anywhere.
Purchases
Subscriptions are sold by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles payment, and we never see your card details. The app only learns which plan you have, so it can unlock it.
This website
storelisting.dev uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. The company hosting the site may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
Children
Store Listing is a tool for app developers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
- Delete a project in the app to remove it from your Mac. Turning off iCloud Backup stops new copies; you can remove existing ones in your Mac's iCloud settings.
- Remove a key or token in the app's settings at any time.
- Not using AI features means none of your content is sent for AI.
- If you have a question about your data, or want to ask about any data linked to you, contact us and we'll answer.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the app handles data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For important changes, we'll also let you know in the app.
