Agreement

These terms are between you and Elleven Studio ("we", "us"), the maker of Store Listing. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you got the app from the Mac App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and where the two differ about the App Store copy, Apple's agreement wins.

Using the app

We give you a personal, non transferable licence to use Store Listing on Macs you own or control. Please don't copy, resell, or take apart the app, or use it to get around the rules of any app store.

Your content

Your screenshots, icons, text and designs belong to you. We don't claim any rights to them and, as our Privacy Policy explains, we don't receive them.

You are responsible for what you publish. Only use material you have the right to use, and make sure your listings follow the rules of the store you publish to, including Apple's App Store Review Guidelines.

AI features

AI can write text, suggest headlines and translate. It can also get things wrong, make up details, or produce something unsuitable for your listing. Review everything before you publish it. Where the app suggests example figures such as awards or user counts, replace them with your own real ones.

On the Developer plan, AI runs through your own Claude account, and your use is billed by Anthropic under your agreement with them.

Accounts you connect

When you connect an app store account, GitHub, or an AI service, the app acts on your behalf with the key you give it. Those services have their own terms, and you're responsible for what you ask the app to do with them, such as replacing the screenshots on a live listing.

Plans and payment

Store Listing is free to try with one project. Paid plans are auto renewing subscriptions sold through Apple. Prices are shown before you buy. Your subscription renews unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Changes and availability

We keep improving the app, so features may change. We may also stop offering a feature or the app itself; if that happens to something you're paying for, we'll give you notice where we can. Because your projects live on your Mac and in your iCloud, they stay with you.

No warranty

Store Listing is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of errors, that every upload will succeed, or that a store will accept what you submit.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales, a rejected or delayed app review, or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Ending these terms

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. If you seriously break these terms, we may end your licence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for important changes we'll let you know in the app. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
